Event 3 CP QUEUE FULL CONDITION
CP QUEUE FULL CONDITION
Event 3 CP QUEUE FULL CONDITION
Description: QUEUES are lists that contain system and user messages. The Telcon
program procedure generating this CENLOG message has attempted to add a message
to one of these lists (queues) and cannot because the list is full. The procedure
attempts some corrective action which may, as a last resort, include throwing away
the current message. Subsequent CENLOGs should provide additional information as
to the cause of this CENLOG event. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: If the system appears to be operational, no action is necessary. However, if
the system appears to be hung, take a system dump and present it to Unisys with a
UCF or other appropriate procedural steps, as outlined by your Unisys representative.
DUC
Description: The link area is full. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
LINK AREA FULL
Description: Queue or link area is full. Appropriate recovery actions are attempted
(which may include discarding the message). Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Action: Refer to the CP QUEUE FULL CONDITION description for appropriate
action to take.
LMS
Description: LMS unsuccessfully attempted to queue an item to its internal interface
queue or internal hold queue. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
NTRLPH
Description: This event occurs if NTRLPH attempts to queue a message to the PP
output queue (size = 62), but cannot because the queue is full. If this occurs, the
entire NTRLPH process waits until it can queue the message, thus slowing down all
other NTR sites. If this event happens, submit a UCF. This error is recoverable, but
degrades system performance in the NTR area any time it occurs. Other information
is logged in the registers, but is applicable only to debug. Telcon generates this
CENLOG.
