Event 9 INSUFFICIENT SYSTEM RESOURCES (STORAGE)
SNMP 402 Unable to allocate Get Response buffer
TRS
Description: The sub-Agent was unable to allocate enough message buffer space in
order to return a response message to the MIB manager.
The sub-Agent provides SNMP MIB information related to the SNMP itself. This
includes system information and message statistics. The sub-Agent has a direct
interface to the MIB manager; no ICS connection is involved.
Action: This event is related to memory requirements. Check the ILM port where the
SNMP Agent is configured and choose an ILM with more memory.
If other events are reported then this could be a memory corruption problem. Dump
the ILM.
Description: TRS issued an SB$UNUSE function to configuration access. The return
status after the request indicates that the function was not completed due to such
conditions as a file-control access error or a segment that was still assigned by
another process. TRS performs this function as a result of an NMS command to bring
down the line. This CENLOG indicates that the command to bring down the line did
not take effect.
R11: LCB
Telcon generates this CENLOG.
X.25 SNMP: Alarm Event control block creation error (“procedure
name”)
Description: The X.25 PSCS SNMP interface module (PDNSMP) was unable to
allocate a control block for maintaining SNMP Clear, Reset, and Restart statistics that
occur on a particular X.25 line. This adversely affects the information available for
one of the X.25 lines related to the X.25 SNMP MIB branch.
R8, R9: Memory manager result packet
Attributes affected: Recoverable error event, supplementary text message, and a
table of the event packet (ZR$ Pcall packet) received from the X.25 PSCS packet layer
module, PDNL3.
Procedure: The procedure name, which is internal to the X.25 PSCS PDNSMP
module, is displayed as part of the supplementary text message.
