X.25: L4 Message Discarded -- No Virtual Circuit Table R8=L4 to L3
Message Type
Description: The layer 3 module (PDNL3) received a message from a Layer 4 module
but the layer 3 connection identifier did not match a currently active virtual circuit
table.
R8: Layer 3/4 Platform’s primitive type (ZR$xx43)
R9,R10: Layer 3 connection identifier passed by the Layer 4 module
Attributes affected: Supplementary text message. The X.25 PSCS program product
generates this CENLOG. Procedure: PDNL3.
Action: This indicates an unexpected software interface error. It is difficult to
determine which layer 4 module is responsible because the virtual circuit table it
identified is no longer associated with that connection, and the layer 4 module is not
obligated to supply its routing id in most primitives except for call set-up primitives. If
no user-written layer 4s are actively using the interface, you should contact your
Unisys representative.

layer 2 (data link layer) module or its interface module.
