Description: A program received a message from another program that could not be<br />

deciphered. <strong>Telcon</strong> generates this CENLOG.<br />

Action: Submit a UCF with a system dump and a console hard copy.<br />

Description: An error occurs that is of a catastrophic nature to the transport<br />

connection after DTP has sent a close immediate to the peer to terminate the<br />

connection properly. The following conditions may occur: TS times out and DTP has<br />

still not received the close confirm. DTP received an invalid protocol message that<br />

caused the execution of procedure K. In all cases, DTP abnormally terminates the<br />

transport connection. <strong>Telcon</strong> generates this CENLOG.<br />
