(LEVEL4=PDNTRUNK) type. Either the
maximum number of switched virtual
circuits limit has been reached
(LEVEL4=(PDNTRUNK,mxsvc)), or the
layer 4 was unable to allocate a runtime
table for the pending virtual
circuit connection.
199 C7 Invalid primitive type received from
layer 4 program after a call indication
primitive had been sent to it.
208 D0 Data message size of the
reassembled (M-bit) data packets
