TIME/DATE UNCHANGED–HOST NAME INVALID
NMS and DSA Messages
Description: Response to a SET command with a HOST parameter when the
parameter value is not the name of an ADDRESS, NETADR, or XEU statement in the
configuration file or the DIB.
Action: 1) Retry with an alternate source HOST name, or 2) use explicit TIME and
DATE parameters to set the DCP’s time and date.
TIME/DATE UNCHANGED–HOST UNAVAILABLE
Description: Response to a SET command with a HOST parameter when the host
name is valid, but a session cannot be opened to the time and date source host
specified. The specified host is either down, inaccessible by means of the specified
name, or doesn’t exist.
Action:
• Retry with an alternate source HOST name, or
• Use explicit TIME and DATE parameters to set the time and date on the DCP.
TIME/DATE UNCHANGED–APPLICATION UNAVAILABLE
Description: Response to a SET command with a HOST parameter when a session
can be opened to the time and date source host, but the host does not respond to the
time and date retrieval request. The specified host is either having problems or is not
an OS 2200 host.
Action: 1) Retry with an alternate source HOST name or 2) use explicit TIME and
DATE parameters to set the time and date on the DCP.
TOO MANY USMS QUEUED
Description: Too many messages are queued to the specified terminal ID. The
maximum allowed is seven.
Action: Wait and retry the command.
TRACE TURNED OFF
Description: The selected software debug tracing is turned off.
TRACE TURNED ON
Description: The selected software debug tracing is turned on.
