Description: TRS received an UP FACILITY command for processing.

Description: This event occurs following a PP state-item crash for each line
configured (and not currently down) on the line module where the PP program
crashed. This log entry indicates that down-facility processing is being initiated for
this line. Other information logged: the line control block (LCB) of the line is being
downed. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
UDLCRS
Description: R8=0017. AE$UD130. (UDLC): NMS LINE DOWN REQUEST. The line
has been disconnected. Telcon generates this CENLOG.
