Description: Terminal is disabled.

NMS and DSA Messages
Description: This message informs the terminal operator that a hardware problem
has been detected. A rapid flood of input over a UNISCOPE or TTY line alerts the
handler to a problem. The TERMINAL STREAMING message appears when the
terminal is known to CMS 1100 (that is, it is signed on and a device table exists for it);
otherwise, the more general LINE STREAMING message appears on the CMS 1100
host console.
Action: When an input streaming condition is detected, the terminal handler attempts
to synchronize input with another CMI$. If this is unsuccessful, the offending terminal
should be downed or powered off, and proper personnel notified.
