Section 11
Class 11 CENLOG Messages
CENLOGs in Class 11 result from automatic facility control alterations made by the
software control modules.
Event 1 MODIFICATION IN NODE ROUTING STATUS
MODIFICATION IN DCP ROUTING STATUS
Description: This CENLOG refers to statistic information for the network
administrator. It lets the administrator determine if there are stability problems in the
network with any of the trunks or DCPs. Every time a trunk goes up or down
anywhere in the network, one of these CENLOGs appears on every DCP in the
network. This allows the administrator to determine from a local DCP where linkages
have gone up or down. Tracking of the CENLOG allows the administrator to
determine if the problem is intermittent or continuous. This CENLOG does not
display on the NMS console because initialization is a part of the normal operation of
the system and would not be useful for the normal operator. Telcon generates this
CENLOG.
Action: None, unless there are an unusual number of routing updates from one DCP
or trunk in the network. The DCP processor name is called out in the CENLOG. You
can obtain a trunk ID name by entering a DISP TRNK=nn DCP=ccc from an NMS
console. Analyze the DCP trunk to determine the cause of the instability.
