Event 2 NDL MESSAGE UNDELIVERABLE
Event 2 NDL MESSAGE UNDELIVERABLE
CHANGE TO DCP NETWORK CONNECTION STATUS
Description: Peer DUC has not responded after third retry. Telcon generates this
CENLOG. The following supplementary messages may be generated:

If these CENLOGS persist, the routing path to the peer DUC is blocked in at least one
direction.
Action: DOWN and UP the trunk lines leading to the peer Telcon.
SNMP 303 Unable to send message type xx to peer on port nn
Description: The SNMP Agent reporting this event is unable to send a coordinating
message to another Agent using an ICS connection. This is probably a problem with
ICS, especially if this event or other events are reported by other ICS programs in this
or other ILMs.
More than one SNMP Agent is loaded and configured within the same ICS domain. As
each Agent initializes, it forms an ICS connection and passes coordination data
messages with all other Agents so that all Agents can determine who becomes active.
Variables: xx the coordination message type attempted to be sent
nn the port of the SNMP Agent where the message coordinate was to
be sent
Action: This event implies a problem with ICS, examine the status of other ICS
connections and perform any recovery and diagnostic actions recommended for ICS.
This event could be reported by an SNMP Agent that has not become active; it could
adversely impact the Agent that is intended to become active.
If no SNMP Agent is currently active, either restart ICS or reload all ILMs containing a
configured SNMP Agent to recover from the problem.
