Action: The customer engineer and systems analyst need to examine the<br />

hardware/<strong>Telcon</strong> configuration and the LSM hardware to determine the problem.<br />

Description: Port ssss is connected to port dddd. This is an informational message.<br />

The matrix switch handler generates this CENLOG.<br />

Action: None.<br />

Description: SRC sent an LSM command to UDLC that could not be executed.<br />

<strong>Telcon</strong> generates this CENLOG.<br />

Description: SRC received an unrecognizable error code from UDLC in response to<br />

an LSM/RCM command.<br />

S/W error: Msg ID nn (Caused by: nn)<br />

Description: A Line Switch software error occurred. Msg ID gives the procedure in<br />

the software that failed. The “Caused by: nn” number is only valid based on the “Msg<br />

ID nn” value. The matrix switch handler generates this CENLOG.<br />

Action: Contact your <strong>Unisys</strong> representative. Be prepared to submit the values that<br />

appear in the CENLOG message (Msg ID nn and Caused by: nn).<br />
