Description: The LSM did not successfully switch all of the lines. Telcon generates
this CENLOG.
Action: The customer engineer and systems analyst need to examine the
hardware/Telcon configuration and the LSM hardware to determine the problem.

Description: Port ssss is connected to port dddd. This is an informational message.
The matrix switch handler generates this CENLOG.
Action: None.
Description: SRC sent an LSM command to UDLC that could not be executed.
Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Description: SRC received an unrecognizable error code from UDLC in response to
an LSM/RCM command.

S/W error: Msg ID nn (Caused by: nn)
Description: A Line Switch software error occurred. Msg ID gives the procedure in
the software that failed. The “Caused by: nn” number is only valid based on the “Msg
ID nn” value. The matrix switch handler generates this CENLOG.
Action: Contact your Unisys representative. Be prepared to submit the values that
appear in the CENLOG message (Msg ID nn and Caused by: nn).
