Event 3 EVENT/ERROR DETECTED AT L3 (NETWORK)
IP 17623: UDP ICMP dg dscd. rtr=& err=&1 (t&2/c&3)
Description: The UDP component has discarded an undeliverable ICMP message it
received from the IP component. &1 is a decimal internal error code, &2 and &3 are
the ICMP message’s Type and Code value, respectively. You can use the NMS LOGI
OPTN=LONG command to display the discarded message. Probable software error if
this event occurs when UDP logging and tracing is disabled (OFF); probable
application or network connectivity error if UDP tracing or logging level MED or
HIGH is enabled.
Action: Standard action.
IP 17711: UDP ICS conn rej. rtr=& err=&1
Description: The UDP component was unable to accept an internal connection with
a UDP datagram service user. &1 is a decimal internal error code. Probable software
error.

Description: The UDP component has discarded an invalid internal disconnection
indication for a UDP datagram service user. %%%%%%%% is a hexadecimal internal
