Description: Configuration file error (undefined) - expected information not present.
Telcon generates this CENLOG.
Actions:
1. Notify the person responsible for creating and maintaining the Telcon
configuration element. That person can then recheck the configuration
statements for HCONFIG errors and for adherence to rules stated in the Telcon
Configuration Guide (7831 5678).
2. If this message has started appearing suddenly and frequently, transfer the
configuration to a host (for example, XFER file = CONFIG) and process it there
by entering @ADD TEL*LIBABS.TELCNFGR after the person responsible for
installing the Telcon products catalogs a permanent TEL*LIBABS file and copies
the LIBABS file from the original Telcon release tape. For more information, refer
to the Telcon Installation Guide (7831 5645).
3. As a last resort, take a dump and reload the Telcon from the host. Send a UCF
with a dump and a console printer copy.

configuration-access error occurred other than a name-not-found error.
