Configuring Cyclone II DevicesIf your design has multi<strong>pl</strong>e Cyclone II devices of the same density andpackage that contain the same configuration data, connect the nCE inputsto GND and leave the nCEO pins floating. You can also use the nCEO pinas a user I/O pin. Connect the configuration device nCONFIG, nSTATUS,DCLK, DATA0, and CONF_DONE pins to each Cyclone II device in thechain. The configuration signals may require buffering to ensure signalintegrity and prevent clock skew problems. Make sure that the DCLK andDATA lines are buffered for every fourth device. All devices start andcom<strong>pl</strong>ete configuration at the same time.
