Mrs. <strong>Gunn</strong>, who died Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at UAB in Birmingham, was born<br />

August 8, 1951 in Macon County, AL. Mrs. <strong>Gunn</strong> was a native of Macon County but had<br />

lived most her life in Opelika and Auburn. She graduated from Opelika High School, Class<br />

of 69. Beverly loved antiques and collectables. She enjoyed arts and crafts. She grew-up<br />

going to the Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Randy <strong>Gunn</strong> of Auburn, AL;<br />

a daughter, Misti Riddle (Martin) Killgallon of Bryan, Ohio; a son, Matt (Jennifer) Riddle<br />

of Opelika, AL; brother, Marty (Pamela) Morgan of Opelika, AL; two grandchildren,<br />

Marty Killgallon and Kyleigh Riddle; two nieces, Whitney and Ali Morgan and a nephew,<br />

Beverly A. (<strong>Gunn</strong>) Taylor<br />

66, of U.S. Rt. 42, Mount Gilead, Ohio died unexpectedly Wednesday, February 11, 2004 in<br />

Morrow County Hospital. During her protracted illness, she was sustained by her faith and<br />

by the love and prayers of her many friends.Beverly was born in East Chicago, Indiana on<br />

April 30 1937, the daughter of the late John L. <strong>Gunn</strong> and Gwendolyn Sisson <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Naragon of Avon Park, Florida. Beverly graduated from Riley High School in South Bend<br />

Indiana and received her B.S. in Speech and Hearing Therapy from Indiana University.<br />

She then received her M.S. in Guidance and Counseling from The Ohio State University.<br />

At the age of 58 she received her R.N. degree from Marion Technical Collage. Beverly<br />

assisted her husband Dr. William Taylor for thirteen years at the Village Veterinary Clinic.<br />

Later she was employed as a nurse by Woodside Village Care Center in Mount Gilead.<br />

Geriatric nursing was her joy. She was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church<br />

where she served as an Elder and on the Church Board. She was a member of the<br />

Columbus Museum of Art, the Columbus Symphony and the Red Hat Society. She had also<br />

served on the Mount Gilead School Board. Beverly enjoyed gardening, reading bird<br />

watching, traveling. She was dedicated to her family. In addition to her mother, she is<br />

survived by her husband Dr. William M. Taylor, whom she married May 3 1968; a son<br />

Luke (Becky) Taylor or Minneapolis, MN; a daughter Susan (Jarett Millar) Taylor of<br />

Minneapolis, MN a foster son Matthew (Karen)Bartholomew of Haram, GA; two brothers,<br />

David <strong>Gunn</strong> of Elkhart, IN and John <strong>Gunn</strong> of Indianapolis, IN; and a sister Sharon Gerkin<br />

of Columbus, OH.The Reverends Dennis Braun and Jan Dykstra will celebrate her life and<br />

Christian faith in a memorial service at the First Presbyterian Church, Saturday, February<br />

21 at 2 pm. Rather than flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First<br />

Presbyterian Church or the Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 750, <strong>New</strong> York, NY<br />

Commercial Appeal, The (Memphis, TN) - December 19, 1997 CALDWELL, TN - Beulah<br />

Lindsey <strong>Gunn</strong>, 70, manager with Lindsey Mercantile and Gin Co., died of cancer<br />

Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at<br />

Caldwell Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Hughes Cemetery in<br />
