D. K. "Pete" <strong>Gunn</strong> of Ozark, Alabama, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in Southeast<br />

Alabama Medical Center. He was 63. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6,<br />

2010, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Bishop Jerry Ogles officiating.<br />

Interment will be 1:00 p.m. (CDST) Monday, March 8, 2010, in Fort Mitchell National<br />

Veterans Cemetery with Full Military Honors, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.<br />

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until service<br />

time. The family will be at the home of his stepdaughter at 1270 Crawford Road in Webb,<br />

Daisy <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Daisy <strong>Gunn</strong>, 86, of Marion, Ark., homemaker, died Sunday Jan 9, 2004, at her home.<br />

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home in West Memphis<br />

with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery. She was a member of the Mother"s Board at<br />

Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She leaves a daughter, Minnie <strong>Gunn</strong> of Marion;<br />

two sons, Floyd <strong>Gunn</strong> of Sikeston, Mo., and J. P. <strong>Gunn</strong> of Jericho, Ark., 31 grandchildren<br />

and seven great-grandchildren.<br />

Dale <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

passed away Friday, September 23, 2011, at his residence in Albuquerque, NM. He is<br />

survived by his wife, Maude M. <strong>Gunn</strong>, three children, Robert <strong>Gunn</strong>, David <strong>Gunn</strong> and<br />

Margaret Hastings, three stepchildren, nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. He was<br />

predeceased by his first wife, Bernice <strong>Gunn</strong>. He retired after 42 years with AT&T in the<br />

Kansas City area. He participated in the Boy Scouts of America in that area. He served<br />

honorably with the U.S. Navy during World War II for 31/2 years. A memorial service was<br />

conducted in Albuquerque on Sept. 26 at the Central United Methodist Church. Burial at<br />

the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM.<br />

Dale Everett <strong>Gunn</strong>,<br />

born May 7, 1924 to William Everett <strong>Gunn</strong> and Florence Irene Dewey in Salt Lake City,<br />

Utah passed away at his daughters home in Sandy on January 31, 2004. Dale married<br />

Fokje Antionette Dikkerboom on Dec. 15, 1954.He was an active member of the LDS<br />

Church, serving in numerous teaching and leadership positions. He served missions for the<br />

church with his wife in California, Wales, England and Australia. He loved serving in the<br />

church, from teaching the youth to officiating in the temples. He was a veteran of World<br />

War II, having served in the medical corps. He was an avid sportsman, was especially<br />

gifted in horsemanship, and enjoyed unusual sports such as boar hunting and field trials.<br />

He had a great sense of humor and was loved by all who knew him. All of us are better for
