Jeanette E. <strong>Gunn</strong>,<br />

86, of 2224 N. Flora Ave., Peoria, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at<br />

Manor Care in Peoria. She was born to Charles and May Malloy Matthews in Peoria on<br />

Aug. 15, 1920. Jeanette married Donnivan Flynn in 1939, then she married Owen <strong>Gunn</strong> Jr.<br />

in 1969; he preceded her in death in 1990. Her brother and a grandson also preceded her in<br />

death. She is survived by her daughter, Judie (Jerry) Motteler of Peoria, whom she shared<br />

a home with; and her sons, Dean (Marsha) Flynn of Wisconsin and Robert Flynn of<br />

Florida. She also leaves behind her six grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren and<br />

four great-great-grandchildren. Jeanette worked for Hiram Walker Distillery as a bottler,<br />

retiring in 1960. She was a member of the American Legion and AMVETS while living in<br />

Florida. A celebration of her Life will be held on Sunday, March 18, at the Recovery Room<br />

West, 2128 W. Calendar Ave., West Peoria, from 2 to 5 p.m. Memorials may be made in<br />

her name to the Peoria Fire Fighters Local 50 Auxiliary in care of Beverly Fast, 3401 W.<br />

Willow Knolls Road, North 101, Peoria, IL 61614. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois<br />

Jeanette <strong>Gunn</strong> Hoagland<br />

of Sargentville and Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Dec. 15, 2010, in Cleveland at the age of<br />

91. The beloved wife of the late George W. Hoagland and dear mother of Anne Rowe<br />

Hoagland and Leigh W. Hoagland, both of <strong>New</strong> York City. She is also survived by her<br />

grandchildren, Georgina Green Hoagland and Nicholas <strong>Gunn</strong> Hoagland, and her<br />

daughter-in-law, Eleanor T.M. Hoagland. She was a member of the Thursday Club in<br />

Sargentville. The family requests that those who wish may make contributions in her name<br />

to the Sargentville Library Association, P.O. Box 233, Sedgwick, ME 04676 or to the<br />

Sedgwick-Brooklin Historical Society, P.O. Box 171, Sedgwick, ME 04676. Memorial<br />

services will be held at a time and place to be announced after the new year.<br />

age 49, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2005. She was born<br />

on March 15, 1956 in Rome, <strong>New</strong> York to parents Eugene and Eliza (Pause) Kaser.She is<br />

survived by her husband, Daniel <strong>Gunn</strong> of Georgetown, Texas; her father, Eugene Kaser of<br />

Lee Center, <strong>New</strong> York; sisters, Lydia Gemperli of Seattle, Washington and Penny Endres<br />

of Albany, <strong>New</strong> York; brothers E. Charles Kaser and Robert Kaser of both Rochester, <strong>New</strong><br />

York; and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her mother, Eliza<br />

Kaser.The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. on<br />

Sunday, November 27, 2005 at the Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown,<br />

Texas. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 28, 2005 in the chapel<br />

of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home with Chaplain Dean Hamilton officiating. Interment<br />

will follow I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas. Serving as pallbearers will be Grant<br />

Williams, David Aldridge, Edward Ramirez, Mark Haney, Stan Baggett, Byron Copeland,<br />

Frank Turnham, and Greg Gann. Arrangements by Cook-Walden/Davis Funeral Home,
