p.m. and the funeral service July 29, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Crittenden<br />

Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas immediately following the services.<br />

county, aged 64 years, died at the home of her daughter yesterday morning at 10 o’clock.<br />

Cornelia Mildred <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Mrs. Mildred Rhodes who has been ill at the home of her daughter Mrs. W.O. Holden<br />

passed away Friday evening at 9 o"clock. She was surrounded by loving relatives and<br />

friends all during her illness and if love, tenderness and skill could have saved her she<br />

would have been here today. Mrs. Rhodes was one of the counties oldest and most highly<br />

respected residents. She had been a most devout member of the Baptist Church since early<br />

girl hood. She was charitable, generous and forgiving and possessed the impulses that make<br />

a true Christian. The soul of a devoted mother, an affectionate and steadfast friend has<br />

winged its flight to its Creator, leaving many sad and sympathetic souls to mourn its loss.<br />

The funeral occurred Saturday afternoon at the family burying ground at Mildrajon.<br />
