of Springfield d.ied May 2003 . He was born 16 Sep 1924 in Adamsville, Utah to John and<br />

Jessie Valentine <strong>Gunn</strong>. He was married in Beaver, Utah on 6 Aug 1944 in Beaver, Utah to<br />

Arlene Torstenson, whom he divorced in 1974. On May 22, 1976 John married JoAn<br />

Mcguire in Stateline, Nevada. Services pending.<br />

Dr. John C. <strong>Gunn</strong>,<br />

81, died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence, Kty. He was a doctor<br />

of obstetrics and Gynecology for Giglia, O’Conner & <strong>Gunn</strong> Medical Practice, a World War<br />

II Army veteran, member of Northern Kentucky Medical Society and on staff at St.<br />

Elizabeth Medical Center and St. Luke Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Deanna<br />

Blackburn <strong>Gunn</strong>; sons, Dr. James W. <strong>Gunn</strong> of Richmond, Va. and Dr. John C. <strong>Gunn</strong> II of<br />

Clarksville, Tenn.; stepdaughters, Kelly Niceley of Union and Beth Richardson of Fort<br />

Mitchell; stepson, John Richardson of Independence; sister, Mary Evelyn Bynum of<br />

Meridian, Miss.; and one grandchild. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, and service<br />

will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Swindler & Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Burial will<br />

be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Memorials: St. Luke Community Foundation,<br />

John C. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Mason, Michigan - John C. <strong>Gunn</strong>, pioneer farmer of this county, and one of the largest and<br />

best known peach growers in the state, was struck and instantly killed by a south-bound<br />

M.U. R. car near Holt in Delphi township. <strong>Gunn</strong>. who was sixty years old and quite deaf,<br />

was standing upon the track in front of his home waiting for a north-bound car to take him<br />

to Lansing, when the south-bound car ran Into him, knocking him several yards. Bessemer<br />

John C. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

John <strong>Gunn</strong>, 68, of Filer, Idaho, formerly of St. Albans, went to be with his Lord and Savior<br />

on Sunday, May 13, 2007, after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents.<br />

Jack and Edna <strong>Gunn</strong> of Torrance California. He was retired from Filer Mutual Telephone<br />

after 22 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Ginny. He was the proud<br />

father of two sons, John <strong>Gunn</strong> of Barboursville and Jimmy <strong>Gunn</strong> of Chandler, Arizona,<br />

and three daughters, Sherry Engebretsen of Clearwater, Florida, Melissa Spadaccini of<br />

Dover, Delaware, and Chrissy Baker of Twin Falls, Idaho; and grandfather of 10. Burial<br />

will take place Thursday, May 17, at Filer Cemetery, Filer, Idaho<br />

Filer, Idaho - On Sunday, May 13, 2007, John C. <strong>Gunn</strong>, of Filer, left his earthly home and<br />

entered the kingdom of his Lord and Savior. John was born in Charleston, W.Va., on Dec.<br />

14, 1938, to Jack and Edna <strong>Gunn</strong>. When John was 17, he moved with his family to<br />

Torrance, Calif., where he began his successful career in the telecommunications business<br />

at General Telephone in Redondo Beach and later in Palos Verdes. On Sept. 9, 1968, John<br />

moved to Gardnerville, Nev., and began working for Continental Telephone Company,
