Jim C. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Jim C., 56, Lakeworth, Fla., died Monday (1/8/01) in West Palm Beach, Fla. Born, Lincoln,<br />

Nebraska. Graduate, Northeast H.S. Navy veteran, Korean Conflict. Survivors: sister,<br />

Patsy Krumm, Lincoln; niece; nephew. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Stella. No<br />

services. Cremation<br />

Jim "Pip" <strong>Gunn</strong>,<br />

James Owen <strong>Gunn</strong>, "Pip" age 60, of Peoria, Ill., passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2008, at the<br />

VA Hospital in Danville. Jim was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War who served his<br />

country from 1966 to 1969. He continued his career in the federal government working for<br />

the Interstate Commerce Commission in Washington, D.C., for almost 25 years. Preceding<br />

Jim in death are his mother, Barbara Buck; father, Owen <strong>Gunn</strong>; and brother, Denny<br />

<strong>Gunn</strong>. He is survived by his brother, Randy <strong>Gunn</strong> of Morton, Ill.; son, Scott <strong>Gunn</strong> of<br />

Peoria, Ill.; daughters, Karin Madden of Manassas, Va., and Joey <strong>Gunn</strong> of Weldon, Ill.;<br />

and his five grandchildren, Scott, Bobby, Savara, Ben and Max. A burial service will be<br />

held in the U.S. National Cemetery located in Danville, Ill., on Friday, Feb. 8, at 12 noon.<br />

Arrangements for the burial are being handled by Pape Funeral Home in Danville, Ill. In<br />

Jimmie Lee <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Jimmie Lee <strong>Gunn</strong> 66, of 2509 Corbin Place died monday in an Augusta hospital. The<br />

funeral will be held at 3 pm Wednesday at Elliott Sons, Lumpkin Rd chapel. Burial will be<br />

in Hillcrest memorial Park. Mr. <strong>Gunn</strong> was a native of brooks County, Ga but lived in<br />

August for 38 years. he was a retired textile worker. Survivors include wife, Willie Bell<br />

Richardson <strong>Gunn</strong>; and two sisters, Mrs. Eddie White of Mooultrie Georgia and Mrs. Nellie<br />

Martin of Coolidge Ga, and four brother; Ed <strong>Gunn</strong> of Augusta, J. W. <strong>Gunn</strong> of Groveland<br />

Florida, John <strong>Gunn</strong> of Mascotte Florida, and R. L <strong>Gunn</strong> of Moultrie. Friends may call at<br />

the residence or the funeral home.<br />

Juanita <strong>Gunn</strong> Evans<br />

was called home by her Heavenly Father, Friday, March 19, 2010, age 84. She was a native<br />

of Noxapater, MS, a resident of River Ridge, LA for 41 years and of Mandeville, LA for 11<br />

years. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar A. Evans, Sr., her daughter<br />

Barbara Evans and son, Billy Evans. She is survived by her children, Rosemary Cullen<br />

(Robert), Bettye Kenan (Marcus), Lindel Burt (Gary), Oscar A. Evans, Jr., and Carol Frey<br />

(Peter). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and numerous<br />

nieces and nephews. Juanita was a devoted member of the Eastern Star, Encirclar Chapter<br />

191, Kenner, LA and Lakeshore Chapter 59, Slidell, LA for 49 years. A Funeral will be<br />

held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr., on Friday, March 26,2010 at<br />

12:00 Noon. Visitation will begin at 9 am until service time. Interment will follow in<br />

Juanita Churchwell <strong>Gunn</strong>,<br />

72, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, in Pascagoula. Miss., Mrs. <strong>Gunn</strong> was born Sept. 2, 1928, in<br />

Lucedale and was a longtime resident of Moss Point. She was a homemaker. She was
