Charlotte Anne <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

born on September 4, 1942, died on August 10, 2005. Arrangements under the direction of<br />

Riley Funeral Home in Hamilton, TX, 254.386.3117. Charlotte Anne Campbell <strong>Gunn</strong> 62, of<br />

Hamilton, TX passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m.,<br />

Saturday in the First United Methodist Church in Hamilton with burial following in the<br />

I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Charlotte was born September 4, 1942, in Russellville, Arkansas the<br />

daughter of Boyce N. Campbell and Frances LaDonne Wilson Campbell. She graduated<br />

from Austin High School where was honored as homecoming queen and cheerleader. She<br />

attended three years at University Of Texas meeting and marrying the love of her life Jerry<br />

Miller <strong>Gunn</strong> on Feb. 1, 1963, in the University Presbyterian Church in Austin. They moved<br />

to Killeen TX where she received her degree from Mary Hardin Baylor. Charlotte retired<br />

from teaching from Hamilton High School after thirty- five years of service teaching<br />

History and English. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hamilton.<br />

She is survived by her husband Jerry Miller <strong>Gunn</strong>, son Curtis <strong>Gunn</strong>, two grandchildren Ty<br />

Miller <strong>Gunn</strong> and Seth Jordan <strong>Gunn</strong> all of Hamilton, her mother LaDonne Campbell, of<br />

Austin. She is also survived by one sister Linda Storm and her husband Scott, nephew<br />

Josh, one brother Mike Campbell and his wife Sheran all of Austin TX. Riley Funeral<br />

Charlotte C. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

81, of Port Richey, Florida, died Thursday (March 30, 2000). Born in South Ozone Park,<br />

N.Y., she came here 26 years ago from Massapequa, N.Y. She worked in the administration<br />

department for the Massapequa School District, Long Island, N.Y. She was a member of<br />

the St. Michael"s Catholic Church. Survivors include a companion, Jim Flagler, Port<br />

Richey; a son, Dr. Robert <strong>Gunn</strong>, La Jolla, Calif.; a daughter, Janet Flannery, Sharon,<br />

Mass.; and four grandchildren. Prevatt Funeral Home andCremation Service,<br />

Crewe Woman Killed Saturday Night In 460 Accident. A 39 year-old Crewe woman was<br />

killed Saturday night in a two-car collision on U. S. Rt. 460 about two miles West of<br />

Burkeville in Nottoway County. She was Mrs. Charlotte <strong>Gunn</strong> <strong>New</strong>comb, driver of a car<br />

which collided with another driven by Louis Dinelli of Chesterfield County. Funeral<br />

servcies were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Milton Jennings Funeral Home for Mrs. <strong>New</strong>comb.<br />

Burial was in St. Mark"s Cemetery. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry R.<br />

<strong>Gunn</strong> of Burkeville; five sisters, Mrs. Louis Cole of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Sam Nicholas of<br />

Lynchburg, Mrs. Reginald Ashworth of Victoria, Mrs. Jessie Milner of Norfolk and Mrs. J.
