Margaret C. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

GUNN, Margaret C., 83, of Tampa, passed away on August 5, 2004, at her residence. Born<br />

in Jemison, Ala., she came here in 1955 from Birmingham, Ala. Margaret was predeceased<br />

by her husband, William H. <strong>Gunn</strong>. Survivors include her son, William W. <strong>Gunn</strong> of Maggie<br />

Valley, N.C.; a daughter, Sue <strong>Gunn</strong>-Pate of Tampa; brother, Frank W. Harris of Atlanta,<br />

Ga.; a sister, Jacqueline Ries of St.Petersburg, Fla.; five grandchildren; and 10 great<br />

grandchildren. Friends will be recieved noon-2 p.m. Saturday (today) at the funeral home.<br />

Interment will be in Jemison, Ala. Services entrusted to Brewer & Sons F.H. 3328 S. Dale<br />

Margaret Tillage <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

GLOUCESTER, Virginia - Margaret Tillage <strong>Gunn</strong>, age 60, died Saturday, May 29, 2004,<br />

at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Margaret was a member of Gloucester Point Baptist<br />

Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Groh "Sonny" <strong>Gunn</strong>, and her<br />

parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Tillage Sr. Survivors include five sisters, Frances Hudgins,<br />

Martha Connor, Nettie Jean Marshall, Doris Marie Tillage and Mary Jane Riley; one<br />

brother, Harold Tillage Jr.; and her friend and companion, Evon Foxworth. A Service of<br />

Remembrance will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5, at Gloucester Point Baptist Church<br />

conducted by the Rev. John Ippolito. Inurnment will follow at Bellamy United Methodist<br />

Church Cemetery, 4870 Chestnut Fork Road, Gloucester. The family will receive friends at<br />

Gloucester Point Baptist Church social hall following the inurnment. Memorial<br />

contributions may be made to: Gloucester Point Baptist Church, Box 305, Gloucester<br />

Margaret <strong>Gunn</strong> Taylor - Demorest<br />

Margaret <strong>Gunn</strong> Taylor, 79, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2001. A native of Habersham County,<br />

Mrs. Taylor was a daughter of the late Everet and Violet Vinson <strong>Gunn</strong>, was the widow of<br />

Lewis Wesley Taylor and was preceded in death by a son, Willie Taylor. She was a<br />

homemaker and a member of Demorest Church of God. Services will be at 4:30 p.m. today<br />

at Whitfield Funeral Home, North, with the Rev. James <strong>Gunn</strong> officiating. Burial will be in<br />

Demorest City Cemetery. Survivors include three daughters, Barbar Taylor Stevens,<br />

Hampton, Doris Taylor Vincoli, Lithia Springs, and Taylor Arrendale, Cornelia; three<br />

sons, Billy W. Taylor and Charles E. Taylor, both of Demorest, and Robert L. Taylor,<br />

Jonesboro; a sister, Elizabeth Harris, Toccoa; two brothers, Donald <strong>Gunn</strong>, Elberton, and<br />

Kenneth Dunn, Demorest; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. In lieu of<br />

flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association of Georgia, 2452<br />
