Homegoing services for Ms. Youvetta <strong>Gunn</strong> of 1702 Cambridge Ave. College Park, Ga. will<br />

be held on Sat. Oct. 17, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Gus Thornhill's Funeral Home,<br />

1315 Gus Thornhill Jr. Dr. East Point, Ga. with Rev. Tony Thompson officiating. Interment<br />

Forest Hill Memorial Garden. She leaves to cherish: (2) children and (5) grandchildren. The<br />

cortege will assemble at the residence at 1:30 p.m. Gus Thornhill's Funeral Home, Inc.<br />

Fort Scott, Kansas, April 13, 1921 -W. C. <strong>Gunn</strong> investor and dealer in public utilities died at<br />

his home here tonight after a protracted illness.<br />

Chicago, Ill - W C <strong>Gunn</strong> died at the home of his brother m-law. J B Hart 4841 Armour<br />

avenue last Tuesday morning, May 7, 1900. Mr <strong>Gunn</strong> had been in poor health for almost a<br />

year He recently returned from Texas, where he went in search of health His funeral was<br />

conducted from St Marys M E church 49 th and Dearborn last Friday morning, Rev J F<br />

Thomas preached the funeral sermon A large number of friends were present.<br />

Old Veteran Dies Mr. W.C. <strong>Gunn</strong>, an old Confederate veteran living in the Goggans Georgia<br />

community, died Tuesday and was buried at Providence church at High Falls Wednesday,<br />

W. Dudley <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Funeral services for W. Dudley <strong>Gunn</strong>, director fo the gulf States marine Fisheries<br />

Commission will be conducted Thursday July 28, 1966 at 2 pm from the Fischer Pour<br />

Funeral Home in Pensacola, Fla. Mr. <strong>Gunn</strong> died Monday at Touro Infirmary after a brief<br />

illness. He is survived by his widow, the former Mary Knowles and one son, Robert E.<br />

<strong>Gunn</strong>.<br />

William “Willis” F. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

Mr. And Mrs. F. M. <strong>Gunn</strong> have returned from Fort Worth where they attended the funeral<br />

of W. F. <strong>Gunn</strong>, 86 year old retired railroad man, F. M. <strong>Gunn</strong>’s father. The late Mr. <strong>Gunn</strong><br />

was well known in El Paso. He visited here frequently. He was an engineer with the Texas<br />

and Pacific Railroad for 44 years and was retired in 1926. He is survived by his widow, Mrs.<br />

W. F. <strong>Gunn</strong> or Fort Worth; his El Paso son, and another son, Leon <strong>Gunn</strong> of Dallas; a<br />

daughter Mrs. W. Robertson of Malakoff, Texas; nine grandchildren and 13 great<br />
