talkt on the subject of the succession. He is young and as yet like a sheet of clean paper,
we most be very tender off men, espechialy of qualitie, and seem rather not to see their
errors, when not able to rectifie them than to show any displeasure[.] He and many more
with him will in due time I hope appear for what will prove the true advantage of their
religion and contrie[.] I pray God preserve and prosper the Illustrious family on whom are 5
all our hope. you have put a very particular obligation upon me by your leter whereby I
have this opportunitie to testifie my self with affection
