Example: "CALC:LIM:STAT ON"<br />

'Switches on the limit check for limit line 1 in screen A.<br />

"CALC2:LIM:STAT OFF"<br />

'Switches off the limit check for limit line 1 in screen B.<br />

CALCulate:LIMit:TRACe 1 to 3<br />

CALCulate Subsystem<br />

This command assigns a limit line to a trace.<br />

Up to 8 limit lines can be defined at the same time. The numeric suffixes of CALCulate indicate<br />

the measurement window.<br />

Example: "CALC:LIM2:TRAC 3"<br />

'Assigns limit line 2 to trace 3 in screen A.<br />

"CALC2:LIM2:TRAC 1"<br />

'Assigns limit line 2 to trace 1 in screen B at the same time.<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: 1<br />

Mode: A<br />

CALCulate:LIMit:UNIT DBM | DBPW | WATT | DBUV | DBMV | VOLT | DBUA | AMPere |<br />

DB | UNITLESS<br />

This command defines the unit for the associated limit line.<br />

The definition is valid regardless of the measurement window.<br />

Specification of the DB unit automatically switches the limit line over to relative mode. Units other than<br />

DB cause the limit line to switch over to absolute mode.<br />

Example: "CALC:LIM4:UNIT DBUV"<br />

'Sets the unit of limit line 4 to dBµV.<br />
