R&S <strong>FSQ</strong> Remote Control – Description of Commands<br />

MMEMory:DELete:IMMediate <br />

MMEMory Subsystem<br />

This command deletes the indicated files. Any ’read only’ labels are ignored.<br />

The indication of the file name contains the path and, optionally, the drive name. Indication of the path<br />

complies with DOS conventions.<br />

Parameter: ::= DOS file name<br />

Example: "MMEM:DEL:IMM 'TEST01.HCP'"<br />

'The file TEST01.HCP is deleted.<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: -<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Mode: A<br />

This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.<br />

MMEMory:LOAD:AUTO 1,<br />

This command defines which device setting is automatically loaded after the device is switched on.<br />

The contents of the file are read after switching on the device and used to define the new device state.<br />

The file name includes indication of the path and may also include the drive. The path name complies<br />

with DOS conventions.<br />

Parameter: ::= DOS file name without extension;<br />

FACTORY denotes the data set previously in the instrument<br />

Example: "MMEM:LOAD:AUTO 1,'D:\USER\DATA\TEST'"<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: FACTORY<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Mode: A<br />

This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.<br />

MMEMory:LOAD:STATe 1,<br />

This command loads device settings from data set files (*.FSP). The contents of the file are loaded and<br />

set as the new device state. Items can be individually deselected for the recall. The maximum items to<br />

be loaded are the maximum number of items stored in the data set file. If items were deselected for<br />

storage, thoses items cannot be recalled.<br />

The file name includes indication of the path and may also include the drive name. The default path<br />

for data set files is D:\USER\CONFIG.<br />

Example: "MMEM:LOAD:STAT 1,'A:TEST'"<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: -<br />

SCPI: conform<br />

Mode: A<br />

The data set defined as auto recall set will also be restored by a *RST-command.<br />

This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.<br />
