R&S <strong>FSQ</strong> Remote Control – Description of Commands<br />

MMEMory:STORe:STATe 1,<br />

MMEMory Subsystem<br />

This command stores the current device settings in a specified file name.<br />

The file name includes indication of the path and may also include the drive name. The numeric suffix<br />

in STORe is irrelevant with this command.<br />

For a detailed discription of the selectable items refer to the command “MMEMory:SELect[:ITEM]:ALL”<br />

on page 6.138.<br />

Parameter: = DOS file name without extension<br />

Example: "MMEM:STOR:STAT 1,'TEST'"<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: -<br />

SCPI: conform<br />

Mode: A<br />

This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.<br />

MMEMory:STORe:TRACe 1 to 3,<br />

This command stores the selected trace in a file with ASCII format. The file format is described in<br />

chapter “Instrument Functions”, section “ASCII FILE EXPORT” on page 4.45.<br />

The numeric suffix at STORe indicates the measurement window (screen A or B).<br />

The decimal separator (decimal point or comma) for floating-point numerals contained in the file is<br />

defined with the FORMat:DEXPort:DSEParator command.<br />

Parameter: 1 to 3 := selected measurement curve (trace)<br />

:= file name in compliance to DOS conventions, including indication<br />

of the path and the drive name<br />

Example: "MMEM:STOR2:TRAC 3,'D:\TEST.ASC'"<br />

'Transfers the data of trace 3 in screen B to a file named TEST.ASC on drive D:.<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: -<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Mode: A<br />

This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.<br />

For Spurious Measurement an extended file format is used:<br />
