STB The status bits are mapped as described with command RQS.<br />

Bit 2 and 4 are always set in parallel if "Command Complete" or "End of Sweep"<br />

are recognized. The R&S <strong>FSQ</strong> cannot distinguish between these conditions. Additionally<br />

these bits are not suitable for synchronization on the end of sweep in continuous<br />

sweep operation.<br />
