CALCulate Subsystem<br />

Example: "CALC:MARK2:MIN:RIGH"<br />

'Positions marker 2 in screen A to the next higher minimum value to the right of the<br />

current value.<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: -<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Mode: A<br />

This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.<br />

CALCulate:MARKer:PEXCursion <br />

This command defines the peak excursion, i.e. the spacing below a trace maximum which must be<br />

attained before a new maximum is recognized, or the spacing above a trace minimum which must be<br />

attained before a new minimum is recognized. The set value is valid for all markers and delta markers.<br />

The unit depends on the selected operating mode.<br />

Example: "CALC:MARK:PEXC 10dB"<br />

'Defines peak excursion 10 dB.<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: 6dB<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Mode: A<br />

The numeric suffix in MARKer is irrelevant.<br />

CALCulate:MARKer[:STATe] ON | OFF<br />

This command switches on or off the selected marker. If no indication is made, marker 1 is selected<br />

automatically. If marker 2, 3 or 4 is selected and used as a delta marker, it is switched to marker mode.<br />

The measurement windows are selected via CALCulate1 (screen A) or 2 (screen B).<br />

Example: "CALC:MARK3 ON"<br />

'Switches marker 3 in screen A on or to marker mode.<br />

Characteristics: *RST value: OFF<br />

SCPI: device-specific<br />

Mode: A<br />

CALCulate:MARKer:TRACe 1 to 3<br />

This command assigns the selected marker (1...4) to the indicated measurement curve. The<br />

corresponding trace must be active, i.e. its status must be different from "BLANK".<br />

If necessary, the corresponding marker is switched on prior to the assignment.<br />

The measurement windows are selected via CALCulate1 (screen A) or 2 (screen B).<br />

Example: "CALC:MARK3:TRAC 2"<br />

'Assigns marker 3 in screen A to trace 2.<br />

"CALC2:MARK:TRAC 3"<br />

'Assigns marker 1 in screen B to trace 3.<br />
