LEY IMPOSITIVA LEY IMPOSITIVA 2004 Ley Nº 13.155 (Parte Pertinente) Artículo 1º— De acuerdo a lo establecido en el Código Fiscal –Ley Nº 10.397 (t.o 1999)–, fíjanse para su percepción en el Ejercicio Fiscal 2004, los impuestos y tasas que se determinan en la presente ley. TÍTULO I Impuesto Inmobiliario Artículo 2º— Fíjanse a los efectos del pago del impuesto inmobiliario, las siguientes escalas de alícuotas: URBANO EDIFICADO BASE IMPONIBLE Cuota Fija Alíc.s/ Exced. A estos efectos se sumarán las valuaciones de la tierra y de las mejoras, liquidándose el impuesto únicamente por esta escala. El impuesto resultante por aplicación de la presente escala, cuando se trate de inmuebles cuya valuación fiscal sea inferior a pesos doscientos mil ($ 200.000), no podrá exceder en más de un cincuenta por ciento (50%) al determinado en el año 1999. Se excluyen del límite establecido en el párrafo anterior aquellos inmuebles sobre los cuales: a) Se apruebe una unificación o subdivisión de partidas. b) Se incorporen obras y/o mejoras y/o modificaciones en el valor de la tierra, cuya valuación supere en un veinte por ciento (20%) a la existente o que impliquen una modificacióndeplantaurbanabaldía a edificada. c) Se hubieran verificado con posterioridad al período fiscal 2000 inclusive, las situaciones previstas en los incisos anteriores: URBANO BALDIO BASE IMPONIBLE Cuota Fija Alíc.s/ Exced. El impuesto resultante por aplicación de la presente escala no podrá exceder en más de un cincuenta por ciento (50%) al determinado en el año 1999. Se excluyen del límite establecido en el párrafo anterior aquellos inmuebles sobre los cuales: a) Se apruebe una unificación o subdivisión de partidas b) Se apruebe una modificación de planta urbana edificada a baldía o en el valor de la tierra superior en un veinte por ciento (20%) a la existente. c) Se hubieran verificado con posterioridad al período fiscal 2000 inclusive, las situaciones previstas en los incisos anteriores.
