SECTION 00500 – PROJECT SCHEDULES
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.01 SUMMARY
A. Refer to the following Preliminary Construction Schedule for tentative dates of when work will
be expected to be completed. (Schedule will be issued via addendum.)
B. Refer to the Schedule of Responsibility for Temporary Facilities and General Conditions
Services for subcontractor requirements with respect to the services indicated.
1.02 SCHEDULE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR TEMPORARY
FACILITIES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS SERVICES
Note: “…as required” means by the contract documents, or required by regulations, or required in order to
execute the Subcontractor’s work, or reasonably required of the Subcontractor by the General Contractor.

1. Temporary Fencing Site Fencing Contractor
2. Drinking Water Each Subcontractor
3. Additional temporary power drop Electrical Subcontractor
(connect & disconnect) distribution
System and panels per Section
01500
4. Temporary Power Electrical Subcontractor
5. Temporary Interior Lighting per Access Lighting by GC
Section 01500 and Utah OSHA Task Lighting by each trade
6. Temporary Task Lighting beyond Each Subcontractor, as required by their work

7. Two (2) each Temporary Freeze- Mechanical Subcontractor
Proof Hose Bibs at Ground Level
8. Temporary Fire Extinguisher General Contractor for his field office, and each
Subcontractor as needed
9. Temporary Roof Access Each Subcontractor, as required for their work
10. Safety Barricades, Methods and Each Subcontractor as required; for example,
Equipment as required by Utah perimeter rails at the roof (if required) shall be by
OSHA except as noted otherwise the Roofing Subcontractor, and barricades or
herein closures required at a floor penetration for duct-
work shall be by the Mechanical Subcontractor.
