Provide six (6) corrected copies of each required shop drawing or similar submittal to the Owner's representative
for review, approval, and return of two (2) copies. DO NOT SUBMIT without general contractor's signed stamp,
indicating the general contractor has reviewed the submittal for completeness and conformance to the Contract
Documents.
Inform the Owner's representative by notation, or in the letter of transmittal, of any proposed deviation from the
requirements of the Contract Documents.
Provide required shop drawings or other submittals within time stipulated on approved progress schedule.
Do not commence work requiring a shop drawing or other submittal until approval of the required submittal has
been received. Such approval will be based upon a review only for conformance with the design concept of the
project and with the information given in the Contract Documents, and does not relieve the contractor from
responsibility for errors or omissions in the shop drawings.
Schedules shall be neatly bound in hard-backed looseleaf binders. Schedules shall be completely indexed, and
shall include the following items:
1. Air handling unit
2. Packaged rooftop unit
3. Boiler
4. Glycol feed system
5. Cooling coils
6. Heating coils
7. Pumps
8. Valves
9. Heating hot water & chilled water specialties
10. Piping systems
11. Pipe supports & restraints
12. Pressure gauges & thermometers
13. Hot water unit heaters
14. Exhaust fans
15. Ventilation fan
16. Boiler stack
17. VAV boxes with reheat coils
18. Variable frequency drive
19. Filter banks
20. Dampers
21. Low pressure flexible ducts
22. Registers
23. Grilles
24. Diffusers
25. Roof hoods
26. Louvers
27. Insulation systems
28. Vibration isolators
29. Seismic restraints
