limitation or termination of the warranty.
At the conclusion of the two (2) year warranty period, the contractor shall schedule a site
visit to the project with the owner’s representative, the design architect/engineer and/or roofing
consultant, and roofing materials manufacturer’s representative to inspect the roofing, base
flashing, and associated work for damage and/or defects in materials and workmanship. At his own
expense, the contractor shall promptly repair any damage and/or defects observed as directed by
the design architect/engineer and/or roofing consultant and/or manufacturer’s representative, and
as approved by the owner. Date and time of this inspection shall be made at a mutually convenient
time to all parties.
The roofing contractor shall be responsible to coordinate the requirements of this warranty with the
provision of any and all other warranty(s), which may be separately furnished for this project.
