1.04 CONTRACT LIMITS
A. Work included in this project is generally limited to the area north of the existing building and
to the remodeled area, with some additional work required in other areas of the site and the
building as identified throughout the construction documents. Any damage due to
construction activity to existing structures and site improvement is the responsibility of the
contractor/subcontractors to repair at no additional cost to the Owner.
PART 2 – PRODUCTS
2.01 The District has prequalified contractors and suppliers as indicated below. These are the only
subcontractors that will be allowed to bid on the project for work from their respective trades.
