D. Framed Mirror Units, General: Fabricate frames for glass mirror units to accommodate wood,
felt, plastic, or other glass edge protection material. Provided mirror backing and support
system that will permit rigid, tamperproof glass installation and prevent moisture
accumulation, as follows:
1. Provide galvanized-steel backing sheet, not less than 0.034 (22 gage) and full mirror
size, with nonabsorptive filler material. Corrugated cardboard is not an acceptable
filler material.
2. Mirror Unit Hangers: Provide system for mounting mirror units that will permit rigid,
tamperproof, and theftproof installation, as follows:
a. One-piece, galvanized-steel, wall-hanger device with a spring-action locking
mechanism to hold mirror unit in position with no exposed screws or bolts.
E. Keys: Provide universal keys for access to toilet accessory units requiring internal access for
servicing, supply, etc. Provide a minimum of six key to Owner’s representative.
PART 3 - EXECUTION
3.01 DELIVERIES
A. Deliver the toilet accessories in a timely manner to ensure orderly progress of the work.
Stockpile as necessary to ensure their availability for this work.
3.02 INSTALLATION
A. Install toilet accessory units in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using tamper
resistant fasteners which are appropriate to substrate and recommended by manufacturer of
unit. Install units plumb and level, firmly anchored in locations and at heights indicated, or in
accordance with requirements of handicapped codes and/or authorities having jurisdiction.
3.03 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING
A. Adjust toilet accessories for proper operation, and verify that mechanisms function smoothly.
Replace damaged or defective items.
B. Clean and polish all exposed surfaces after removing temporary labels and protective
coatings.
3.04 ACCESSORY SCHEDULE
A. Manufacturer: The following catalog numbers refer to products of Bobrick Washroom
Equipment, Inc, except where noted otherwise. These scheduled products serve as the
standard of quality required for the project. Provide these or comparable products from
specified manufacturers if they meet or exceed this standard of quality.
1. Electric Hand Dryer: B-750, recessed mounted.

c. Provide three each in the Boys and the Girls Toilet Rooms.
d. Provide one each in other toilet rooms.

3. Stainless Steel Grab Bars: B-6806.99 (peened grip)
a. Size: One 18”, one 36” and one 42” per accessible stall.
