Obowi¹zywanie aktu administracyjnego107judicature which was adopted on principle presumption of regularity of administrativeact (as its legal name “the administrative decision”). The articlealso describes exceptions to the durability of final decisions provided in theCode of Administrative Procedure, as they were divided into three groups:1) exceptions that would be binding, 2) an optional exceptions, 3) exceptionrevocability subsidiary. They also referred to the issue of compensation fordefective administration made decisions. The conclusion is that the finaldecisions are durable, accurate and feasible. The decisions which complywith this conditions may not be amended or repealed by a public body andadministrative court. Author also comply the reasons of revocability decisionmay lay on objective or subjective side, and the changes concern legal rightsor interests arising under a final administrative decision.
