212 Piotr MajerSummaryFor new shape of Police – few remarks in the subject of projectof Police ActThe 2010 was a year of 20th anniversary of Polish Police as well as someother institutions established in effect of the Talks of the Round Table andparliamentary elections of June 1989. The Police was created by the 6thApril 1990 Act on the Police, which came into power on 10th May 1990.Since then, discussed act has been novelized for many times. Those was thereason, that the Police Act lost its coherence and the main reason of a needto create new act on the Police. Presented paper describes projects of legalacts on discussed matter, which has occurred since 1991. None of them wasproceeded in the Parliament. In the end of the article, the conception ofPolice prepared in times of the II World War by structures of the PolishUnderground State is resembled. In the meaning of the Author it may beinteresting and innovative, so that it may be and inspiration for futuresolutions.

Donne e famiglia in epoca arcaicaPer contestualizzare esaustivamente la figura della donna in quest’epoca occorreaffermare che la donna romana era essenzialmente una sposa: il suo destino era il matrimonioe, come madre e coniuge, essa si muoveva in ambito essenzialmente domestico.1.1. Nascita/esposizioneSappiamo che in ambito familiare il pater familias godeva di un potere assolutorispetto agli altri familiari, potere che esercitava sui nuovi membri della famiglia findalla loro nascita attraverso l’ “esposizione”. Il rituale dell’ “esposizione” consistevanel depositare i neonati , maschi o femmine che fossero, ai piedi del pater familias ilquale aveva facoltà di decidere, a suo piacimento e senza necessità alcuna di motivarela propria decisione, di raccoglierli dal suolo e prenderli in braccio, segno che liaccettava nella famiglia, o di lasciarli ai propri piedi, abbandonandoli ad un destinoche, non di rado, era la morte.Nel caso delle femmine il rituale era leggermente diverso: se non desideravaesporle, il padre doveva indicare espressamente di alimentarle. Normalmente, infatti,solo le primogenite si salvavano dall’esposizione, le altre figlie non si salvavano daquesta usanza che le conduceva alla morte o, nel migliore dei casi, ad essere accolte daun’altra famiglia, che poteva farne delle domestiche o persino venderle come schiaveo prostitute.1.2. Matrimonio e ruolo della donna nel matrimonioLa vita delle figlie cui era risparmiata l’esposizione si svolgeva in seno all’istituzionematrimoniale. Le fanciulle romane, ancora giovanissime, venivano promesse inspose attraverso la cerimonia degli “sponsalia”; da quel momento, erano legate alfuturo sposo anche se il matrimonio non era stato ancora celebrato.Quando poi si sposava, lungi dall’acquisire libertà maggiori, la donna passavasemplicemete nelle mani di un nuovo padrone, che in quel caso era il marito.
