There was taken an attemptto transfer the establishments of the theory of argumentation on theground of administrative study. There were pointed the possibilities andlimitations of adopting this concept in the Polish law and administrativeproceedings. The reference was made to the recent legal changes in theCode of Administrative Procedure.
