at the end of his year's termo The administrator bastened to Spain
to make trouble for Rojas, succeedecl moderately well, and returned with
a royal order giving him charge of the education of certain gifted Indiall
boys. These youngsters he used as hostlers to care for the horses he
ncw set about collecting. Presently the priest Francisco Guerrero, one
time administrator of the Bayamo Indian experiment, was off to Peru

named Vadillo to investigate the vi llage. lt was asad sight he reported.
