Les tâches de ce comité étaient d'explorer toutes les opportunités
d'intégration reliées à cent projets différents et à plus de 1 300 sous-projets et
d'implanter rapidement tous les plans d'action retenus après approbation du
Chairmen 's Integration Council. Ce comité s'était entendu sur certains principes dont
les principaux étaient, selon un de ses membres: «The best value-creating ideas get
