ebahlola abafundi ukufunda umbhalo:<br />

Sibhala isibizelo ukubheka ukuthi abakufundayo bayakwazi yini ukukubhala<br />

njengoba ukufunda phela kuyahambisana nokubhala. Kwesinye isikhathi<br />

ngike ngithi abangibhalele into ethile, njengokuthi nje abangenzele ikhadi<br />

uma kukhona ozalwayo bamhalalisele. Kwesinye isikhathi ngiza nalo mina<br />

ikhadi ngithi abalifunde. Njengezinsuku lezi ezisemqoka nje, njengosuku<br />

lwevalentine, usuku lwamalungelo abantu, njalonjalo…ngiye ngize<br />

nemibhalo ethile ngithi abayifunde khona ekilasini.<br />

Uthisha uNtombifuthi wathi:<br />

Ngeke uhlale ungabahloli,ngibahlola belikilasi,amaqembu nangabodwa.Ngibahlola<br />

ngokubabhalisa izivivinyo,umsebenzi wasekilasini,umsebenzi wasekhaya.Kwezinye<br />

izikhathi ngabafundela indaba bese ngibabuza imibuzo noma ngithi abeze bezongixoxela<br />

ukuthi ibithini indaba.<br />

Kanti uthisha uJabu wathi:<br />

Ngiyabahlola, ngeke ngingabahloli ngoba phela kungaba lukhuni ukuba<br />

ngisho ukuthi ubani othuthukayo noma ongathuthuki ekufundeni. Emva<br />

kokuba sesixoxile safunda amagama nemisho baqale bafunde njengekilasi,<br />

emva kwalokho ngibone ukuthi bayafunda impela, bese ngithi abafunde<br />

ngokwamaqembu abo. Uma sebefundile ngokwamaqembu ngiye ngithi<br />

abafunde ngababili. Ngesikhathi befunda ngababili ngiyabona lapho kukhona<br />

oyedwa phakathi kwabo ongafundi. Emva kwalokho ngiye bese ngithi<br />

abafunde ngamunye, ngibakhombe, asukume umuntu afunde eshadini noma<br />

ebhodini...abanye bamlekelele lapho engafundi kahle noma engahambisi<br />

kahle induku akhomba ngayo. Lokhu kusiza ekwakheni i-confidence. Kuba<br />

nezinto ozigadayo lapho befunda, njengokusebenza kwephimbo, ukusebenza<br />

kwezimpawu, ubuso, njll.<br />

Lapho umcwaningi ebuza umbuzo wokulandelela kuthisha uJabu wathi: “Lokhu<br />

okubalayo: ukufunda njengekilasi, njengeqembu, ngababili, ngayedwa, kuyini...izindlela<br />

zokufundisa noma zokuhlola”? Impendulo yathi: “Izindlela zokuhlola. Ngeke ukwazi<br />

ukubabona ukuthi bayakwazi ukufunda uma ungabahlolanga. Okunye futhi esibahlola<br />

ngakho ukuthi sibone ukuthi bayakwazi ukwakha amagama”. Lezi zimpendulo zihlukene,<br />

kanti lokhu kukhombisa ukuthi othisha abanayo impendulo eyodwa kumbe eveza ukuthi<br />
