usebenzisa amagama asikiwe (flash cards) nezithombe ukumela igama elithile. Uthisha<br />

angabiza igama aliphimise enzele ingane, kunokuba kube yiyo ingane esho lelo gama<br />

isholo yena, bese uthisha ecela ingane ukuba ilibhale lelo gama. Ngaleyo ndlela lokhu<br />

kulekelela ekutheni kwande isibalo samagama ingane ekwazi ukuwahlonza<br />

nokuwaqonda, okusiza ekutheni ingane ikwazi ukulibona lelo gama. Imisho esikiwe<br />

(sentence strips) iyasetshenziswa ukufunda imisho. Lokhu yinto ababeyenza othisha<br />

nakuba babengashongo lutho ngakho ngesikhathi sezingxoxo. Ngamanye amazwi nakuba<br />

ezinye izinto bezenza kodwa bazenza benganakile, bengazi ukuthi bayazenza, njengazo<br />

kungagcizelelwa ukuthi lezi zindlela zidinga ukuthi zisetshenziswe nezinye,<br />

Bonke othisha babezisebenzisa lezi zindlela ekufundiseni imisindo. Isibonelo, babegxila<br />

babekwenza. Ngaphandle kwalokhu, othisha babefundisa izingane ukuba zikwazi<br />

ukucabanga ngamanye amagama anomsindo <strong>of</strong>ana nalowo okugxilwe kuwo. Lapho<br />

izingane zinikeza lawo magama, othisha babewabhala ebhodini ukuze izingane zibone<br />

ukuthi abhalwa kanjani, baphinde bazifundise lawo magama, ziwafunde<br />

ziwaphindaphinde. Le ngxoxo engenhla, ikhombisa khona ukuthi othisha bagxila kakhulu<br />
