On this theme, article 2 of the Regional Law 7 JanuarY
1986 nº1 of the Lombardy region sheds light twe must
remember that in Italy the National Health Service looks
to the State for defining the broad outlines of
interventions, formulating the laws and promoting
finances, but on the operative level how to use the
resourcess and therefore the general responsibility for
health and assistance, is delegated to the Regions
which are autonomous organisms on the financial level
and in some cases political, for example the Val d'Aosta,
Trentino Alto Adige and Sardinia):
