4.1 "My Piece of Music"
* When composing the piece of music that
describes the feeling and the attitude of the painting, the
outer feeling turns into the inner feeling. When playing
the music to the others the inner feeling turns back to
the outer.
* Better understanding of oneself is gained.
4.2 "Improvisation-making contact"
* People tend to choose a partner who had similar
kind or opposite feeling state in his painting or in his

music, for many reason.
* Being clear with oneself opens the way for being
more clear with others about how one feels and thinks.
Breve descripción: Se utilizarán las imágenes, la música
y el arte para evocar mejor el auto-conocimiento.
Se trata de un taller orientado hacia la experiencia, en
el cual los participantes se comprometen en la
utilización de su imaginación, creatividad con la música
y las artes visuales, con el fin de ampliar su habilidad
para comprenderse mejor a sí mismos y su vida
cotidiana. Los participantes deben explorar su
identidad, sus recursos y su situación vital utilizando su
imaginación, la escucha guiada de música, la acuarela
y la improvisación.
