- the psychomotorial therapist intevenes with massage<br />

and tonic dialogue, matching the child postural and<br />

tonic variations and the rythm and energy <strong>of</strong> piano<br />

music production.<br />

In fact, the matching is the most powerful way <strong>of</strong> deep<br />

acknowledgement and acceptance (Bandler, Grinder,<br />

1975; Scardovelli, 1992) fit to build a safe base (Bowlby,<br />

1988), from which start and explore the world and begin<br />

to grow again.<br />

Thanks to the contact with the cover <strong>of</strong> the piano, the<br />

child receives directly in the body the sound vibrations,<br />

that, being syntonic with her emotional state, induce<br />

and facilitate the body internal resonance and,<br />

therefore, increase the wish to open and facilitate the<br />

relationship with the external world (Cremaschi, 1987).<br />

Usually, we can see changes in physiology, tono, visual<br />

orientation. In fact, parents begin to change their static<br />

vision <strong>of</strong> the child and start to see more productive<br />

chances to intact inside the family.<br />

En esta ponencia referiremos el caso de una niña de<br />

siete años, nacida con sordera y bajo tratamiento<br />

psicoterápico desde la edad de dos años. El diagnóstico<br />

es psicosis simbiótica con rasgos autistas.<br />

Destacamos una nueva modalidad de intervención que<br />

surge de veinte años de actividad con niños sordos y<br />

retrasados mentales. Este método está produciendo<br />

buenos resultados también en el tratamiento de los<br />

niños psicóticos. Los puntos principales son:<br />

- la niña está sentada sobre un piano;<br />

- un terapeuta psicomotor está sentado sobre el piano,<br />

cerca del niño;<br />

- también están presentes uno o ambos padres, al<br />

lado del piano;<br />

- el musicoterapeuta toca el piano, observando a la
