The challenge, the extraordinary ambition of trying to
construct a subject from bits and pieces, from noises
and blank expressions, from assonances and body
expressions, which other sciences leave to the realm of
theories, is now the challenge of Music therapy. This
pursuit of knowledge allowed Facundo to become a
subject.
Final comments:
I believe that significant changes have occurred
between the patient and his social and family
environment, to which he can now respond without the
incredible trauma that this previously produced. The
treatment took place in a space where expressive
activity and dramatic sound could reflect confusing
aspects of the personality:fears, questions and
discoveries. The dynamics and the interplay which are
produced in these sessions provide a "screen" or a
"mirror" from where self questioning and understanding
can begin. There is still much to learn, but the signs so

far are positive.
Este trabajo se basa en el enfoque clínico
musicoterapéutico del caso de adolescente con
diagnóstico de: "Estructura psicótica con sintomatología
de debilidad mental".
Tiene por objetivo el desarrollo de algunas hipótesis en
torno a: "La voz en la Psicosis" y pretende ser una
aportación al campo de la Musicoterapia Clínica.
Es a partir de este desafío de tamaña pretensión, la
ambición extraordinaria de producir un sujeto a partir
de recortes, "ruidos", "expresiones vacías", "asonancias
verbales", "el cuerpo como última expresión" (que otras
ciencias dejan como campo libre de teorías) que la
musicoterapia se abre camino rodeando el saber,
permitiendo a Facundo llegar a ser Sujeto.
