communication with the help of specially selected music

feel more secure and more spontaneous to participate
more easily and activly in the psychotherapy processes

The choice of music is led by the principle, which is
important in the psychodinamics of musical experience,
that pleasure in music is present, when tensions in the
listener are relieved through tensions in music itself. But
the distance between the tensions in music must not be
too great if we want the listener (the patient) to be able
to combine them (not to get lost) and to experience
pleasure.

Since music therapy is meant to be only relaxation
inone month average hospitalization of the patients in
crisis, the selected compositions are relatively short
(about 5 minutes), full of consonaces, expecting
pauses, regular rhythm and volume, with endings in
ritardando, decrescendo and in major.
