The second variant <strong>of</strong> giving the music programme we<br />

practise in the final phase <strong>of</strong> the therapy when the goals<br />

<strong>of</strong> the music therapy are directed to overcoming the<br />

deficits <strong>of</strong> emotional and aesthetic experiences <strong>of</strong><br />

patients.<br />

The last music therapeutic session in completing the<br />

therapy is carried out freely . Patients themselves<br />

choose the music for listening and the way <strong>of</strong> carrying<br />

out the session. Often some <strong>of</strong> them who can play a<br />

music instrument performs a favorite piece <strong>of</strong> music but<br />

also some <strong>of</strong> the music desires <strong>of</strong> other group<br />

members. In this way they more easily overcome the<br />

moment <strong>of</strong> separation with each other and with the<br />

therapist.<br />

In some music-therapeutic sessions some elements <strong>of</strong><br />

psychodrama are used so far. The non-verbal<br />

techniques are used in the initial sessions when the<br />

group cohesion, confidence and wish for work have<br />

been worked <strong>of</strong>f. In more advanced stage by the use <strong>of</strong><br />

psychodramatic techniques, sudenly emerged strong<br />

feelings in the participants when listening to the music<br />

such as grief, rage, loneliness, have been worked <strong>of</strong>f as<br />

well seeking the reasons for them. In some cases in the<br />

music-therapeutic sessions through psychodrama a<br />

deeper conflict situation <strong>of</strong> the patient has been worked<br />

<strong>of</strong>f projected in their extramusic associations.<br />

Conclusions:<br />

1) The receptive group musical therapy in which the<br />

musical material is not provided by a technical device<br />

but is performed by a participa in the group is better<br />

accepted by the patients. It has been noticed that after
