now the next time the whole congregation from Thabong as well as Bronville arrange a
day and say we are meeting at this particular church and have a service there.
Hanlie: The leaders, people who want to solve the matter, they must work together.
Quincy: That is a good point. A, I think you were there at the other church meeting,
where I said the leadership here must play a role. We were discussing this question of
the church getting together, the whole Dutch Reformed church getting together. We
were saying unless the leadership does not decide for people, we create a situation
where debates can take place within churches, they must actually lead the
congregation towards unity. I am saying the bigger the group, when we get there,
leadership should say – I don't want to see any member of the church in town, sitting
next to each other, lets mingle, you must be sitting next to a person, totally unknown to
him, and that is what we need to do. And that will be historical.
Hanlie: How far is language going to play a role? Or shall we use...
Quincy: I use to interpret for dominee Z. We use the same process. If we could
tolerate... People say it takes too long. I say, yes, this is the price we have to pay.
Ja dit is maklik om so 'n groepe so 'n
