yaptıkları çalışmada trimethoprim sulfamethoksazole dirençli izolatların hepsinin sul1 ve dhrfV
genleri bulunduğunu bildirmişlerdir. Bizim çalışmamızda sulII geni bulunuyordu. Plazmidle
ilgili olan mcr-1 geni kolistin dirençli izolatların hiç birisinde saptanmadı. Bu durumda kolistin
direnci ile ilgili diğer direnç genlerinin incelenmesi faydalı olacaktır. Antibiyotik duyarlılık
testinde fenotipik olarak antimikrobiyal direnç gösteren bazı izolatlar spesifik antimikrobiyal
direnç genlerini taşımıyordu. Bu antimikrobiyal özelliklerin ekspresyonundan sorumlu bizim
incelediklerimizden başka genlerin olduğu anlamını taşımaktadır.
